particularly if you have Billions of dollars

As I’m sure everyone has heard, Disney is buying Lucasfilm for a boatload of cash and stock. I’ve seen a lot of concern, and quite a bit of rejoicing from fans regarding this news. Personally, I will remain cautiously optimistic. I had concerns when they bought Marvel, then we got the Avengers- and that seemed to work out particularly well. They also bought Pixar back, a while ago, and that also seems to have worked out well.

So, here’s to looking forward to Episode VII, and a whole slew of new Star Wars media. Also, here’s hoping to the Thrawn trilogy being made- even though E! says the new trilogy will be based on new original material.
